Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel, Sandton Johannesburg, Johannesburg

My stay at the hotel was mixed. While the location is perfect for accessing the Gautrain and nearby attractions, and I had a fantastic upgrade to a penthouse suite, the service had its flaws, especially during check-in. The dining experience was quite good, but there were some issues with staff communication that dampened my overall experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated for business travelers, being close to the mall, CBD, and train station. The atmosphere is pleasant and well-maintained, although the gym could use better equipment. Service has noticeably improved, but there are minor areas for improvement, such as turn-down service and a more varied breakfast. Overall, it's a great option for a business stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary late check-out. However, the dining experience lacked variety and left room for improvement. I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel, where I enjoyed spacious and comfortable rooms, great views, and delicious dining options. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the Gautrain and Sandton City.
